I bought these for my studio monitors which sit atop metal speaker stands I've had for years. I noticed various frequencies resonating through both of the stands, and bought these isolation pads to prevent that from happening. They work like a charm; highly recommended. I'll eventually be putting the monitors on a standing desk, and they will be sitting right on these isolation pads when I do. Worth it!!
I used the pair of pads to angle my center speaker. It works and looks great.

wow what a difference these made to the music. bass and mid range sound a lot better.
I did not know music was supposed to sound this clear. Ive been producing for years, and this is by far the best my monitors have ever sounded. This is a MUST HAVE for anyone who cares about audio fidelity.
