Ultimate Sound. Ultimate Aesthetics.
Why Custom Fabric Curtains?
- The interior design of your space significantly impacts the room's overall sound quality.
- Acoustic curtains absorb sound, helping eliminate echo/reverb and correct acoustical anomalies that would otherwise distort the sound.
- Acoustic curtains are a great way to add absorption in a room with windows that can cause reflections that alter the room's sonic footprint.
- Choose from a wide range of aesthetically pleasing, specialized acoustical fabrics and colors.
- All system components meet Class A fire code specifications
The overall result of installing Custom Fabric Curtains is a room that looks and sounds great, providing an exceptional listening experience with a uniform and complete look. Custom Fabric Curtains are a great add-on to any of our Studiofoam, ProPanel or AuraPanels Room Kits.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out the Personalized Room Analysis Form with as much detail as possible and tell us this is what you want. We’ll figure out the rest!
Information that assists your room engineer with quoting:
- Curtain Dims (length / height and width of the space the curtain will cover, don’t account for fullness here)
- Mounting method – curtain rod, track, ceiling mounted or wall mounted, and if using track, do you already have the track or is it being quoted as well?
- Fullness or flat - Fullness is more fabric, such as adding pleating, shirring or gathering. The extra fabric is added across the width or sometimes height of the curtain. Curtains made with more fullness appear more luxurious, improve acoustical characteristics, and are less transparent or translucent.
- Fabric/color - 22 ounce velour is the most common, but we can work with almost any fabric.
- Part - is this one full piece or will there be a part/ division in the center?
- Add-ons - motorized draw, liners, or hemming?
