Returns for Non-Defective Products:
If you would like to return a product that is not defective, the following conditions apply:

Return Window: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Restocking Fee: A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied, provided the returned item is in resalable condition (i.e., unused, unmodified, and undamaged).
You are respondible in returning the item or items to our receiving facility, damage free.
Refund Options: Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment, or provided as store credit, based on your preference.

ProPanel™ Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that includes ProPanel™ products there is a $25 cancellation fee applies.
This fee is applied to all ProPanel™ orders, regardless of order status or reason for cancellation.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
If You Ordered on Auralex.com, you must have an active Auralex.com account.
Log in to your account, navigate to your recent orders, and follow the prompts to initiate a return or cancellation.

If You Ordered from a Third Party or Outside Auralex.com, please contact our support team directly.

Be prepared to:
Describe the issue in detail.
Provide a copy of your original proof of purchase.
Attach digital photos of any perceived defects or relevant supporting information.
